Jesse Yanco

Mr. Yanco has a broad range of litigation experience and specializes in complex business, creditors’ rights and judgment enforcement litigation. He also has experience in intellectual property litigation, including matters of copyright infringement in the fashion apparel industry. He is a 2014 cum laude graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law, and during law school, served as an editor of the Gonzaga Law Review and competed on Gonzaga Law’s Philip C. Jessup Cup International Law Moot Court Team.  Mr. Yanco also worked abroad with the Hague Conference on Private International Law in The Hague, Netherlands, where he focused on issues related to international service of process on foreign defendants and transnational judicial cooperation.
