Biography

As the newest member of the firm, Ms. Gould is an attorney with more than 40 years experience representing banks, manufacturers, escrow companies and individual clients in a wide variety of business and civil litigation areas including commercial collection from prejudgment remedies to post judgment enforcement. Ms. Gould has handled bench trials, arbitration of attorney fee disputes and argued before the California Court of Appeals.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gould was an Associate Attorney with the Law Offices of David B. Bloom, APC from 1993 to 2016 representing community banks, electronic, apparel and furniture related manufacturers, and collection agencies by performing both transactional and litigation duties with a concentration in the area of prejudgment remedies to facilitate accounts receivable and special assets collection. She served as second chair in major fraud litigation cases.

From 1980 to 1993, Ms. Gould was the Managing Associate with the Law Offices of Joseph M. Baim serving as Assistant General Counsel to a national hair care products manufacturer, handling unfair competition and trade secrets litigation and involuntary corporate dissolution actions.

Ms. Gould received her BA in Political Science with honors from U.C.L.A. in September 1974 and her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern School of Law in May, 1976.
